I led the community management and content strategy for the Instagram account @doctorfelices, developing a performance-driven social media framework focused on storytelling, scripted short-form video, and professional content production. The project aimed to transform the account into a scalable growth channel by combining creative direction with data-driven optimization and platform-specific strategies.
My role covered the full content lifecycle, including concept development, scriptwriting, filming direction, audience analysis, and content performance optimization. The project began with several structural limitations that restricted growth potential.
