Project Overview 

I developed and executed a results-driven social media strategy for the Instagram account @carlospereda.ifbbpro, focused on transforming content into a client acquisition channel. The project combined high-impact Reels production, strategic thumbnail design, caption optimization, and targeted hashtag research to increase reach, strengthen personal branding, and drive qualified leads for Carlos’s fitness coaching business.

My role covered the full content workflow, including scripting support, visual hook development, short-form storytelling, and performance optimization aimed at converting viewers into paying clients.

01. The Challenge

The primary challenge was shifting the account from a visibility-focused profile into a conversion-oriented platform capable of generating consistent leads. Content lacked structured hooks, thumbnails were not optimized for click-through performance, and captions did not effectively guide viewers toward action. Additionally, operating within the competitive fitness niche required content that balanced authority, relatability, and entertainment to build trust and influence purchasing decisions.

02. The Solutions and Results

To overcome these challenges, I implemented a conversion-driven content strategy built around retention-focused Reels, attention-grabbing thumbnails, and persuasive caption frameworks designed to encourage interaction and inquiries. Hashtag research and niche keyword targeting were used to expand discoverability and attract a highly relevant audience aligned with Carlos’s coaching services.

This integrated approach significantly improved reach, engagement, and lead generation, transforming the account into a reliable client acquisition asset. As a direct result of the strategy and content execution, Carlos gained over 100 new clients, demonstrating the effectiveness of combining performance-driven content with strong personal branding and conversion-focused storytelling.
